Hardware replacements at list
- Annual Engineer Visits during normal working hours booked in for software and firmware upgrades. Appointments require 14 day window.
- Annual Programmer Visit during normal working hours to perform client requested system improvements or changes. Appointments require 14 day window
- Client Callouts for faults on the system which can be recovered by an engineer. Standard turnaround time is 3-5 days
- Emergency Callouts for faults on the system which can be recovered by an engineer. Standard turnaround time is 2-4 days
- FastResponse is our priority service which puts you top of the list. Response times aim to be 24-48 hours from ticket raise
- All prices excluding VAT at 20%.
